Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you (the "Merchant") and Raversys LTD, trading as Comrc ("Comrc", "we", "us"), a company registered in United Kingdom under Companies House registration number 16528284.

They govern your use of the Comrc platform to create and run an online store (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Comrc provides a hosted online storefront, a dashboard to manage products, orders and customers, and payment and shipping tools. We may update, improve, or modify the Service from time to time.

Some features may be released as beta and are provided "as is" without warranty.

Plans start with a free trial. After it ends, subscription fees are billed in advance in the market currency (GBP) for the plan you choose, and renew automatically until cancelled.

Applicable taxes may be added. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may change prices on prior notice to you.

You keep ownership of your products and content. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display that content in order to operate the Service.

You are solely responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, and your relationship with your customers. You are the "controller" of your customers' personal data; Comrc acts as a "processor" of that data on your behalf.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose and to comply with all applicable laws. In particular, you must not:

• sell illegal, restricted, or counterfeit goods or services
• infringe the intellectual-property rights of others
• engage in fraud, deception, or money laundering
• upload malware or attempt to breach or disrupt the Service

Card payments are processed through a secure third-party gateway; full card details never touch our servers. Cash on delivery is managed between you and your customer.

You are responsible for your own tax and regulatory obligations as a merchant in your market.

The platform, its software, and its trademarks remain the property of Comrc or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service under these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for the commercial results of your store.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, and our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your products, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, you will have a reasonable period to export your data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
