Refund Policy

How subscription charges, trials, and refunds work for your Comrc plan.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy governs the subscription fees you pay Comrc to use the platform. It does not govern refunds you give your own store's customers — those are covered by your store's own refund policy and are your responsibility.

2. Free trial

Every plan starts with a free trial at no charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.

3. Subscription charges

After the trial ends, subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period in your market currency (EGP).

4. Refund eligibility

If you believe you were charged in error, or a significant technical fault prevented you from using the Service, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We consider refund requests in good faith and honour any non-waivable statutory rights you have.

5. How to request a refund

Email us at support@comrc.app from the address on your account, explaining the reason for your request. We may ask for further information to verify it.

6. Non-refundable amounts

Unless the law requires otherwise, periods during which the Service was actively used, and fees for past billing periods, are non-refundable.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the subscription does not renew.

8. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge, please contact us first to resolve it — that is faster than raising a dispute with your bank.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the updated version with its effective date.
